Pervasis is advancing new treatments in areas of clear unmet need, with an initial focus on acute vascular repair. We are leveraging our deep scientific expertise and proprietary endothelial technology to create the next generation of breakthrough products that can improve patient outcomes following vascular procedures.

Our most advanced development programs are focused on arteriovenous access for hemodialysis, and on improving the long-term viability of angioplasty and stent procedures for peripheral arterial disease. We intend to collaborate with leading healthcare companies well-positioned to advance these vascular repair candidates through late-stage clinical development and into the marketplace.

Because our lead endothelial formulation, Vascugel®, has demonstrated the secretion of biological factors known to combat inflammation and thrombosis, we believe there is strong scientific rationale for therapeutic application beyond the vasculature. We are now actively developing proprietary formulations for use in percutaneous delivery, surface coating, and endovascular applications. Additionally, we are collaborating with researchers to explore other high-value disease areas, such as inflammatory disease, orthopedic injury, and cancer. Our strategy is to enter into collaborative agreements with major pharmaceutical or medical device companies who can effectively develop and commercialize our products in these specialized markets.
